What is the best way to plan my itinerary?
Flights – the flight booking on the portal requires confirmation from the airlines concern. You will experience a short delay in receiving your reply.

Accommodation and other activities – (like car hire, boat hire, yacht etc)  the travel portal is linked directly into these establishments  reservation system. They can tract and administer all your bookings on demand.
 
Memberships?
Membership to the portal is free, you automatically become a member when you purchase something from the portal. This membership allows you to track all your transactions that you have made on the portal.
 
How do I get confirmation of the payments that I have made?
For you to be able to complete the booking process the portal will asked you to register. This is a short but essential formality. (This is not your credit card detail) It is simply a way for the portal to recognise you in the future. During this process you will enter your user ID and a password. After you have concluded your transaction you can use the user ID to verify all your detailed itinerary, including facility to print your receipt.
 
I need to change my itinerary?
All the establishments (hotels, villas, etc) that we worked with will modify your itinerary to your satisfaction, provided that it is done in reasonable time and in accordance with the relevant establishment’s terms, conditions and cancellation policy. Keep in touch with your service provider by the means of enquiry system provided.
 
How can I pay?
We provide you with two methods of payments. 1) Online payment with your credit card. 2) By bank transfer. The necessary details will be available to you based upon the choice that you make at the time of payment. If you have chosen bank transfer please allow 72 hours for the confirmation of your booking to come through. If you feel that you need to talk to someone, send us a enquiry when you log in.
 
Does the portal keep my credit card details?
No, we do not keep your credit card details. The payment transaction is made via paypal payment gateway. To conclude the payment process you will be taken to paypal secure payment gateway. When you have completed the payment process, paypal will return you to the portal for confirmation of your booking.
 
I do not wish to pay for a large amount of money before my arrival?
The system is built so that if your booking exceeds our average booking amount it will prompt you for a partial payment. You will then have to settle the remainder of your payment with your service provider. The minimum partial payment is in accordance with the establishment’s cancellation policy.
 
We are in a group. Do we have to create a separate registration for each individual in the group?
For accommodation, (hotel, villas & guest house) there is no need for everybody in the group to register into the portal. One person should register and complete the formality for the group.

For flights, Remember that if you are doing airline booking, you will have to complete the formality for each individual in the group. This is important because each individual will receive a ticket.
 
Who will meet me at on arrival at the airport?
Holidays Seychelles is not licensed to meet visitors at the airport. You can do one the following:- choose a package or stay that provides transfer facilities, you can rent a car (also available on the portal) or you can take a taxi to your place of residence (hotel).
 
I have arrived at the airport and I don’t know what to do?
To avoid any discomfort, use the query mechanism provided when you login into the portal to communicate to your service providers. If that fails, your receipt contains important phone numbers for the services that you have purchased.
 
I do not like the hotel that I have chosen from the portal?
We ensure that the qualities of the establishments sold on the portal are approved by the necessary institutions. Nonetheless, should you require to move out before your check out date. Ensure that the hotel you are checking into, inform holidays Seychelles on the same day that you checked in.
 
I have booked an airline ticket?
The airline agent will be in touch to inform you on the preferred method of delivery for your ticket. It is advisable to purchase your airline ticket well before your intended date of departure.
 
I have booked accommodation on another island? 
There are different scenarios when travelling between islands:-

Please note that the international airport is on Mahe island.

If you are arriving in the Seychelles especially at night and you have booked accommodation on another island. Please ensure one of the following:-

For Praslin – airseychelles provides domestic connecting flights to Praslin. Ensure that you have made the necessary onward booking.

For La Digue and other islands – please enquire with the hotel owner on method of transport especially if travelling at night.

If you have purchase a package then it will clearly indicate what you have to do.
 
I want to travel between islands?
You have stayed on Mahe for a few days but now want to see other islands. There are two ways of travelling between Mahe and Praslin, high speed ferry (Cat Coco) departing from Victoria domestic port terminal and air Seychelles. The international passenger terminal is collocated to the domestic passenger terminal.

From Praslin you can then go to La Digue by high speed ferry. (There is no airport on La Digue)
There are also various excursions and trips that can take you to other smaller islands. (sight menu item on the portal)
 
What can I do in the Seychelles?
In short, Seychelles is a very beautiful place, if you are a nature person you will surely enjoy all the nature trails marked for you. (You can buy trials map at the botanical garden in Victoria)  But that will only be half of your visit. Seychelles is surrounded by water, please make use of the boats and yachts and discover Seychelles in a different way. If you want to get your feet wet, most of the dive centres will do a day SCUBA where you get the change to go under the sea. Seychelles is known as the best diving spot in the world. If you love the wind and the sea combination then the perfect time for you is between June to September when the wind is a constant 35 to 40 knots, and anything with a sail on will provide you with endless entertainment.
